University Christian Outreach in Grand Rapids began with a group of students at Grand Valley State University who had seen the way the Lord was working through other UCO chapters around the country and had a vision of bringing the same enthusiasm and life to their own campus. Now students from colleges all over the Grand Rapids area come to UCO.
UCO is affiliated with a wider grouping of outreaches called Kairos (which puts on our annual regional North American Winter Conference ) as well as an international community of Communities called The Sword of the Spirit .
